Judy is a graduate of the Physical Therapy Assistant program Fisher College, Boston MA. 1997. She specialized in orthopedic outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation. A certified Pilates teacher, she builds therapeutic exercise programs around the Joseph Pilates principles of core strength. Judy's myofascial release journey began with an auto accident that left her with years of chronic back pain that traditional physical therapy could not resolve. A PT colleague suggested she get myofascial release treatments and training. Soon after starting MFR treatments, she noticed a significant shift in her body, resolving her back pain. In addition to experiencing a positive physical shift, she felt a deep emotional healing as well. The best part was her patients were feeling better too. With the realization that she was on to something special and more effective than most traditional therapy outcomes, she founded Foxboro Pilates & Myofascial Release. She continues to study Myofascial Release, the John Barnes Approach.
A nature and animal lover, especially horses and dogs, Judy finds joy in hiking, kayaking, horseback rides and traveling.
Let a horse whisper in your ear and breathe on your heart. You will never regret it.
Energy finds a way out eventually. Holding back emotions always has a less desirable impact on the body.
